Ahimsa, the first of five restraints outlined in Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, encourages living a life that causes no harm in thoughts, words, or actions to any living being, ourselves included. 

Ahimsa Dessert Company strives to create a product rooted in kindness: kindness to our own bodies, kindness to animals, and kindness to our shared planet. All Ahimsa Dessert Company desserts are and always will be:

• 100% vegan

• entirely organic, except in the rare case when an acceptable organic option is unavailable or would negatively impact the taste of the food

• created with an eye toward nutrition 

• packaged using earth-friendly home recyclable and/or compostable containers

• free of anything artificial and highly-processed sugars
